Challenge that we were met with:
New employees needed to be hired, professional development needed to be implemented for the continued growth of the current employees, and a more structured operational dynamic had to be put in place for the growth of Tiny Explorers to remain a constant and exponential component of the childcare industry.
The challenge for Tiny Explorers was the lack of manpower to execute a thorough and detailed hiring process, fulfill the employees’ need for Human Resources services, and the development of a clear directive for present stability and growth. As the business grew, the time to meet the growing demands began to shrink, tasks were left unchecked, compliance issues were not being properly addressed, and the outlook for more growth started to become bleak.

She served as a guest speaker for Childcare Answers and at Emma Donna, inspiring students about entrepreneurship. The owner also launched The Whole Child Initiative, a nonprofit organization supporting holistic child development. In addition, she became a member of the Arsenal Technical Advisory Board, contributing expertise to the field.
